An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a cellular plan without having to use a physical SIM card. It's built directly into your device.
After purchasing an eSIM plan, you'll receive a QR code via email. Go to your device's settings, select "Add Cellular Plan" or "Add eSIM," and scan the QR code to activate your eSIM.
Most recent iPhone models (XS and newer), many Android phones (Pixel 3 and newer, Samsung S20 and newer), and some iPads support eSIM. Check your device settings or manufacturer's website for compatibility.
Yes, most eSIM-compatible devices can store multiple eSIM profiles, though usually only one or two can be active at the same time.
When your plan expires, the eSIM will automatically deactivate. You can purchase a new plan at any time through our app.
You can check your data usage directly in our app under the Usage section. You can also check it in your device's settings under Cellular or Mobile Data.
eSIMs cannot be physically transferred between devices. However, you can deactivate your current eSIM and activate a new one on your new device.
